Typical Workload: -painting of rental apt, flooring of vinyl plank floors [units vacant and trash already removed] The requirements: -fully setup with the proper tools and vehicle for the work. -capable, qualified and experienced in residential property work. -reasonable response time, scheduling work to start shortly. We oversee 125+ residential rental units along the I-95 corridor from PG to Harford County and surrounding areas of Baltimore County. Service locations marked by blue circles. Future work available for responsive and capable people. The compensation is currently set at $400 a day for 2 guys experienced with painting, flooring, and typical rental turnover task items.
