PMI is looking for a part-time (24 hours per week) Cleaner for a HUD elderly high-rise building in Sunbury. This person will be responsible for cleaning all common areas and vacant apartments, general maintenance duties and lawn care. We provide all cleaning supplies and PPE. The ideal candidate will have some prior experience with residential cleaning, general maintenance skills and have reliable and insured transportation. Work hours M/W/F, 8 hours per day. On-call rotation every 3 weeks. Requirements: Prior residential cleaning experience, General maintenance skills preferred, Reliable and insured transportation. $13.95/hr.
