My name is Joanna and I am offering a free class in Walking Meditation. This class is for anyone interested in learning more about this type of meditation. Walking Meditation is a relaxing way to learn to enter into a light meditative state while walking and enjoying the outdoors! It's a great way to take that first step into a meditation practice that might be easier for those who have difficulty sitting still in meditation practice. I will be offering group teaching every Thursday evening at 6pm starting Thursday June 24th and every Thursday evening after through out the summer at Emerald Park at 1400 Lake Drive 97404 in Eugene. Social distancing will be practiced however since we will be outdoors masks will not be required as long as you social distance. I will be near the main parking lot at one of the available picnic tables with a flag/sign for the class. I look forward to sharing this mindful practice with you!
