$250 sign-on bonus! (paid out after 90th day of employment) Our Vacation rental company is looking to add quality-driven, organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented part-time grounds maintenance and handyman worker. We have been in business seven years and have been steadily growing. We are looking for a crew member to join our grounds maintenance and handyman work to help us grow in our North Spokane locations. Must have a valid Driver's License, flexible schedule and own transportation. Professional lawn care experience is a plus but not required. Team members will perform a variety of tasks, including any combination of the following: mowing, trimming, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, Pruning, aerating, pool maintenance, dethatching along with other handyman related tasks. We are looking for individuals that are organized, reliable, detail-oriented, have good communication skills, with a strong work ethic.
