1 1/2 year old female shih tzu mix (maybe terrier?) for rehoming. Spayed. Crate-trained. She needs a patient home without small children, as she struggles with anxiety. She does better with my older children (10+) but young kids stress her out. She is also quite fearful of men and takes time (and treats) to warm up to them. Loves to pester our cat, and although they will never be BFFs per our cat’s preferences, they get along fine and can be trusted together. Knows basic commands like sit, lay down, roll over, paw (high five)… She LOVES to be outside and is amazing at playing fetch. She enjoys going for walks, but doesn’t mind being lazy and sleeping on the couch by your side too! She is a good dog, but is struggling with the activity level of our home. If you have a quieter home, and think you might be a good fit, please reach out! We are sad to make this decision, but know it is best for her. She comes with her crate, toys, treats, and food.
