Seek small practice room, weekday afternoon

I play a mini electric guitar through a headphone amp. I need an occasional weekday afternoon practice room to quietly play jazz chops with backing tracks, no vocals. The room can be nearly empty with merely a chair. This could be at a music school that doesn't always fill its rooms with students in the afternoon. Two hours is sufficient. I'm an older adult fully vaccinated, so a place that is not exclusively for children is appropriate. I prefer a day-to-day availability, e.g., you contact me in advance, I hop on ABQ Ride, and pay you for day use of the room. This is mutually beneficial because you get some revenue (maybe after someone cancelled) and I get a private place to practice (better than being at home where people distractions abound). I don't normally play a mini, but that's what I take on the bus. Thanks.
