Art's Electric & Heating is looking for a new member for our team. Voted best of DeForest six years running! We are looking for a motivated individual with a desire to serve the community. No experience necessary; on the job training provided. A HVAC technician is responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, troubleshooting and the preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. This position is responsible for the fabrication of ducts, installation, checking systems and equipment. Additional knowledge for all components of these systems including reading drawings and schematics, understanding compliance standards, knowing local building codes and applying soldering techniques as required. The hours for this position are 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Once fully trained additional hours evenings and weekends may be necessary to respond to emergency service calls.
