This skilled craftsman would ideally have a variety of home improvement skills to support the growth of our business. GT Renovations is a well established Home Improvement Company dedicated to excellent customer service and quality work. What You Will Receive • Opportunity to earn $1500-3500 PER WEEK • Professional Office Support - scheduling, customer support, job tracking • Successful marketing campaign that brings us well qualified customers • Fully predesigned projects with all fixtures delivered to the job site. • Weekly payouts after completion of each stage of a project • Direct deposit available Required Experience: • 5+ years hands on experience • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, tile installation, carpentry • Drug/Alcohol free environment • Dependable vehicle and basic construction tools required • We service all of the Chicagoland suburbs. You must be dependable and an independent problem solver for this position. • Have a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and be physically capable to keep up with a busy schedule • Knowledge of current building code requirements • Keeping work vehicles clean and stocked with necessary materials • Reviewing the scope of work/specifications with homeowners • Reviewing change orders requests with salesperson and processing change orders as necessary Responsibilities You will need to have expertise in multiple types of home repair and remodeling. You must have extensive construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. • Bathroom Upgrades / Remodel • Kitchen Refresh / Remodel • General Carpentry - Rough and Finish • Painting Interior and Exterior • Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking • Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge • Flooring Repair and Installation • Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work • Pickup any needed construction materials from store. • Work on the project daily till completion
