SUMMARY: National logistic company is offering career opportunities to Forklift Operator on location in Romeoville IL who will be responsible for forklift, pallet jack, and/or other material handling equipment as part of the distribution process within a fast-paced warehouse setting. The Warehouse Operator will utilize equipment while performing tasks to include shipping, receiving, unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, relocating, and stacking product. REQUIREMENTS: • High school education or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency • Ability to follow safety regulations while operating equipment • Ability to learn proper operations of warehouse equipment • Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms. • Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch • Must have 6+ months of Walkie Rider/EPJ experience • Reach Truck forklift experience is a plus but not required • Ability to lift 50 pounds RESPONSIBILITIES OF WALKIE RIDER/EPJ OPERATOR: • Walkie Rider/EPJ operator will unload materials and merchandise from incoming freight trucks and stack or stage them to assigned places • Walkie Rider/EPJ operator will pick and stock items in specified locations using the EPJ (Walkie Rider) • Other job duties as assigned by immediate supervisor SCHEDULE & PAY RATE OF WALKIE RIDER/EPJ OPERATOR: • Monday-Friday • 3:00pm - 12:00 am • $18.00 / hour Apply here: Resource is an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO AA M/F/Vet/Disability and a drug free workplace.
