Looking to rehome my Red Eared Slider Turtle :( Rehoming fee $100 Age: About 3-4 years? Gender: Male I love this turtle a lot and was so excited to get him but I really just do not have the time to properly care for him with school and work. I have had him appx 1 year. He has what my vet said may be the early signs of shell rot. She has recommended daily using betadine spray and a tooth brush to brush it in and then putting him under a ceramic heat emitter for 9 hours and then wiping off excess with a towel. This has begun to help it. The rehoming fee includes: Turtle 40 gal tank Pro Repto min adult turtle formula Ceramic heat emitter (for his early signs of potential shell rot) Water siphon Dual Lamp fix that includes 10.0 UVB light and 50 W Basking (both bought new within last 1 month and 2 months) Neptonion water thermometer Hagen 200 W heater (bought 11 months ago) Basking dock Tank accessory for the ground (see pic) Z00 med reptisafe water conditioner 2 large NEW Zilla filter cartridge Zilla water filter Betadine Spray (for his early signs of potential shell rot) He comes with a lot of stuff and I would prefer to have everything go with him but I am willing to discuss other options. He is always alert and friendly when someone walks up to the tank. He loves earthworms and at his last vet appointment they said he was in good health. We took him to Exotic Animal Clinic in Seattle.
