Couch that need to be reupholstered

So my boss gave me this couch about 6 months ago, but it always had this weird smell to it, like it was old, well I stripped out all the stuffing because I wanted to try to reupholster it, but it's harder then I thought. So all that's missing from it is the stuffing, a little bit of fabric and of course the cushions. So if you'd like it, I can sell it to you for $30. and it's also a pull out bed, so there's sheets and a blanket on it, all washed of course.
