Job Description As a crew leader you will be an important face of the company. You must be able to understand and comply with company safety policy and rules. Delegate tasks effectively to crew members, correct unsafe behavior and assist in time management. Crew Leaders are expected to communicate effectively, both internally and externally, reporting any issues at sites to an Account Manager as well as using post trip inspections to communicate any repairs needed for trucks, trailers, or equipment. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently Work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow Standing up to four hours at a time Sitting on equipment for up to 4 hours a day Other Requirements: Must have VALID Driver’s License Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card Must be able to operate a smart phone Must have good people skills
