This is a GREAT place to work, and Lakewood Country Club is currently looking for a GREAT individual to fill an open Building Maintenance Technician position.
Our techs provide maintenance and repair support for buildings and infrastructure at one of Denver's premier country clubs by completing a wide-ranging variety of service requests, preventative maintenance procedures, and self-initiated projects along with daily pool services and other tasks.
You will be working primarily days with a rotating schedule covering every 3rd weekend. You will also be expected to perform your share of after hours on-call for which you will be compensated.

Qualifications:
Commercial building maintenance experience is a must. Applicants must have experience in the major trade areas such as plumbing, minor electrical, tile work, drywall and painting, hard finishes, basic carpentry, and HVAC. Preferably, that experience will have been earned in country club, hotel, or other hospitality settings, as we are seeking individuals with strong service and people skills. Prior pool experience is preferred and applicants with a current CPO designation will receive the highest consideration.
In addition, all applicants must:
Provide and work with their own basic hand tools.
Have a valid Colorado Driver's License
Be fluent in written and spoken English.
Pass a background check.
