I have a 5 year old Indian ring neck that needs rehoming there is a fee 950 with cage 900 without but must have a bird carrier. He is very talkative!!!!! He likes looking at himself in the mirror, and sitting on top of his cage. I want to make sure he goes to a GREAT home so I do have a couple questions.
