Description

My housemate and I are looking to place a German Shepard-Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff) mix dog who is about 1.5 years old. My housemate owns his parents. The dog was born here from the Mastiff and given to a sibling of my housemate. He came back here when the sibling had problems with his landlord. The sibling was supposed to take him back when he got a new place, but that does not look like it is going to happen at this point, and we need to re-home him. He is a very nice dog, and not aggressive at all towards members of the household, but has not been around a lot of other people, so hopefully someone will respond who is used to working with large dogs. He has been trained to sit for a treat, and is past his chewing phase. He will hold his bladder and bowel as long as he is let out every couple of hours, and after he has been fed and given water. He favors his father in looks, but is stocky and built like a tank, which comes from his mother. He is somewhere between the two in terms of agility and intelligence. His fur is brown with some black. He weighed in at 90 pounds at the vet and had a rabies shot at that time. I am not sure if he has had any other shots. He has not been neutered. Amy questions just ask. I will give you the cell number of my housemate if you want to arrange to see the dog, or get a picture of him. I have no idea what my housemate wants for a re-homing fee. You can ask him about that.
