Trim Bushes, Clean Gutters, Spread Mulch

Bush Trimming: I hate trimming bushes. I have about 25 of them. Most are 5-6 feet tall. Some are 7-9 feet. Pic here shows 2 growing together - two of the monsters. I'd like to have them all shaped up, but the larger ones reduced as much as possible. Figure about 2-3 hours worth of work if you know what you are doing. Need this done this week for sure. NEED SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE DOING THIS, and the right equipment - let me know what you've done in the past. I'd like to find someone to work with, doing this 2x per year. $200. Lost the guy's number that did it last year, so if you recognize this work, let me know! Gutter cleaning: 2 story house, access by 2nd story window. Having insurance would be great. See pics of house on this posting. $75 We have some much that was delivered, but I haven't had the chance to spread it yet. Not a lot of that. $25. $300 total for all.
