Hiring a remodel guy and paint pro to finish make ready on an apartment for renting. Need to finish re-paint walls/ceilings/trim, clean carpet, replace blinds, replace mirror glass on glass doors, screen and poly living/dining/kitchen hardwood floor, sand and stain and poly a scratched door, deep clean, and whatever needs doing to tighten it up and make it ready to rent. Please reply with photos of your remodel work DURING and after rehab. Be sure to include your name and phone number I can call you on. Start immediately. Thanks, No drugs - must pass drug test. Paint ceilings and all walls and trim. Caulk base to floor. Sand and stain and poly coat door to basement. Add wood trim around window pane on back kitchen door. Fix kitchen bar corbles. Caulk / grout counter tops where necessary. Lights: install kitchen and dining light fixture. -Sand worn spots on main floor. -screen and poly coat floor on main level. Upstairs: Fix closet organizer in second bedroom. Bathroom - fix can light. Replace door knobs. Replace 3 ceiling fans, stairwell fixture. Clean paint spots off floor. Clean all windows. Install blinds everywhere. Install co2/smoke detectors. Basement: -bedroom, replace closet lights. -install tract heads. Bathroom - take mirror doors to glass shop to replace mirror glass. - patch and paint walls. - fix bath faucet. -Steam clean basement carpet. Kitchen - Clean inside oven door. Touch up grout, caulk. Basement - toilet tank kit. Left sink - fix cold water handle. Fix 3-way light at stair bottom. Clip the 8 heads on the tract. Replace stairwell light fixture. Everywhere: replace any mismatched or damaged outlet or switch. Curtain rods: remove and reinstall for painting.
