Weeding/ Trash pick up needed

I am looking to hire someone who can come out to my rental properties and weed/pick up trash on a monthly basis. Looking for you to start ASAP! I will pay $200 for initial work, then $20/hour for maintaining each property on a monthly basis. Will pay upon job completion. Must be able to accept venmo or zelle payments, and send photos of completed work. I have 3 rental properties: two in South Denver and one in Lakewood. The $200 should cover the initial weeding at all 3 properties.
