Synergy Fine Wines is a mid-size distribution company seeking a Warehouse Manager. The position is Monday thru Friday. See below for job duties and qualifications. JOB DUTIES: • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. • Manages and oversees a team of warehouse employees to ensure productivity and accuracy • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Completes deliveries and routes when needed in the Denver area QUALIFICATIONS: • 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role managing a team of employees • Basic Microsoft Office Skills Must possess interpersonal skills, organizational skills, self-sufficiency, detail oriented, and ability to communicate (verbal and written) • Ability to effectively manage • Other Skills needed: Supervision, Developing Budgets, Safety Management, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Equipment Maintenance • Ability to lift 35-40lbs repetitively through the day • Must have knowledge of trucking routes in Colorado. • Clean MVR • The Warehouse Manager schedule is Monday: Office Hours (hours will vary) & Tuesday-Friday with a 3AM start time.
