This is a hands on position. The maintenance manager will be responsible for warranty calls for various repairs including but not limited to the following: 1. Finish Carpentry 2. Door hardware 3. Hang light fixtures 4. Paint, drywall and caulk touch up 5. Waterproof siding 6. Siding repair 7. Door level adjustment 8. Irrigation adjustment Must have good communication skills as you will need to be able to coordinate with home owners and subcontractors. Must be reliable and punctual. Must have a truck (not a car) to transport materials and tools. Must have your own tools including a chop saw, table saw, finish nail guns, framing nail gun, compressor and all other insular tools to accomplish the above job duties. Hours are from 7am - 4pm - Monday - Friday.
