The largest established event rental company in Baton Rouge is looking to fill several Driver/Crew Leader positions. We will pay up to $20.00 per hour with time and a half for overtime. You can average up to 40 additional overtime hours during busy seasons. The position requires the ability to manage and oversee small to large crews for many high profile events. Must be able to pull a trailer as needed with a driving record that allow them to be added to our insurance. This position is responsible for working directly with customers on the job-site to ensure all their needs have been met, details are followed according to requests on the work order, and all equipment is clean and working properly. This position is also very demanding and requires the ability to lift over 150 lbs. This individual must be willing to endure long hours/shifts and be willing to handle a physically demanding requirements when setting up in the field. Bilingual with a working knowledge of Spanish a plus.
