Bruner Realty & Management, Inc. is looking for a full-time maintenance person, starting immediately. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, willing to learn, and reliable with great communication skills. Handyman skills a big plus, but we're more-than-willing to train the right person. Starting at $18-22 per hour based on experience with annual bonuses, benefits available, and 401K options. Must have reliable transportation and be available to be on-call one day per week and rotating weekends (approx. once every 5 or 6 weekends). Job Description • Pool Testing and Maintenance • Grounds o Clean up trash o Pick up around dumpsters o Pick up pet waste o Underground parking areas • Tear out units • Paint/drywall repair • Gutter cleaning • Snow Removal • Plumbing • Electrical • Work orders for housing • Run Errands • Fire Alarm Testing • On call one weekday/week and 1 weekend/month • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with our clients
