Preferences for candidates who have painting experience and/or general maintenance skills. Maybe you know a bit about plumbing, carpentry or electrical. Whatever skills you have, please let us know and we can take them into consideration. We are seeking a hard worker, dedicated to teamwork and doing quality work. The apprentice maintenance tech duties include but are not limited to getting vacant units ready for move-in and possibly some general maintenance at the apartment community. Will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: painting and cleaning apartments, sheetrock wall repair, picking up grounds, and other tasks as assigned. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. Need to have the physical ability to lift at least 100 pounds for installing appliances and other duties. non smoking work environment VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and personal truck required Drug and criminal check required Must be authorized to work in the US. Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
