This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of satisfaction for our community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Walk the property removing litter, debris, and pet droppings. Perform "trash-out" duties at vacated apartments. Pressure wash sidewalks, driveways and stairwells as needed. Assist with "make-ready" duties when requested. Distribute resident communications Perform work area clean-up and safety-related duties. Knowledge, Abilities, and Other Qualities Ability to work independently and willingness to learn. Must have good communication abilities. Knowledge of equipment/machinery/tools. Knowledge and skill in the safe use and maintenance of the following tools: Hand Tools: various wrenches, grips, sledgehammer, hammer, snips, post whole diggers, saws, etc. User-Moved aids: Wheelbarrows, dollies, hand trucks, buckets, hoists, jacks, and step ladders, full ladders, double ladders.
