Lifestyles Property Services is looking for a motivated, hard working Porter/Maintenance to start ASAP at one of our onsite Condominium Associations. Applicants must have reliable transportation, seeking full time employment, with the flexibility to work 1-2 weekends a month. Must be self motivated, hard working, dedicated, reliable, respectful, and willing to work as a team. Fun and rewarding environment with the ability to advance with company. Prior Experience as a Porter or similar position is a very big ++++. Pay starts at $14.00 to $15.00 an hour and after 90 days includes: Company Pays 75% of Health Insurance, $10,000 Life Insurance policy, and accumulated Paid Time Off (PTO).
