In search of a seasoned maintenance repair tech for a local apartment community. Looking for someone who is a self-starter and a good communicator that will be professional with our residents.
Responsibilities
• Organize, prioritize, and complete repair service requests & general maintenance tasks.
• Respond quickly to all on-call emergency requests.
(Some after-hours/emergency on-call time is possible)
• Perform other related duties & assignments as required.
Qualifications
• Needs to be experienced in handling plumbing, electrical, & drywall repairs.
• Must have your own tools, a reliable vehicle & a valid driver’s license.
