Yard work/waste removal

I am fixin to sell my place, and am looking for folks to come get rid of some weeds and fix up the side yard. Also I'll need yah haul the yard waste away, I can ride with yah to the Kennewick dump so we can do that bit for free but y'all gonna need a way to haul it. Accepting quotes and if it works out maybe a bit weekly maintenance arrangement could be made. Thanks! Kevin
