Hello, We are looking for a fulltime committed property manager/handy man to restor and operate a former hotel as an Airbnb facility for the next couple of moths. Located in the town of Wells NY, the property is in a fairly good shape but will need some paint, flooring, and basic maintenance to be operational. The person needs to be able to live on or nearby premises for most part of the week. Be able to coordinate work with other needed contractors and have the ability to learn on how to host Airbnb guests.
