Seeking an experienced handyman or someone with general contractor experience to work on portfolio of Brattleboro properties (25 units in all). Responsibilities will include handling routine maintenance requests (non heating/plumbing/electric) and some general contractor work on unit turns such as drywall, painting, flooring. Position is part time, but there are some renovation projects immedietely so can be full time for first few months if desired. Pay is $20 an hour with opportunity for increase based on experience and work capacity/product. Plowing/sanding truck is a plus (currently outsourced). Property management experience a plus.
