Help me with found baby bird PLEASE!

Good morning everybody! I could REALLY use some fast help. I was on my way to a coffee shop this morning and found a baby bird in the middle of a very busy road. I panicked and pulled over immediately to save it. Now I want to give it the help it needs. I will do anything to help this little fella out. Can somebody direct me to a bird sanctuary in the area? Or maybe there is somebody with the know-how and skills to nurse it back to life? I can do the best I can in the mean time but if there is somebody that would help this little bird, I would be in great debt to you. I am an animal lover and it's eating me up inside. Please help!
