Art Studio or Garage Work Space

Hello Local Artists and Home Owners, I need your help badly... I have a friend she is 81 years old, graduated from the Layton School of Art back in 1958. She is a very talented artist who would like to have an exhibition of her life’s work but it needs to be framed with special and in nice wood. I have volunteered my time and material to fabricate the frames, but I don’t have a place to do this and she would like to have her exhibition before she passes because her health is poor, so I need to complete this as soon as possible. I have all the tools to fabricate the frames, all I would need is a small space of your art studio and electricity or if you have a vacant space in a garage or space in your backyard I have a gas generator that is very quiet to use for electricity or I can reimburse you for the electricity. I have saw horses and can create a temporary work space that will be knocked down daily at a decent hour that you suggest. This process would be temporary until I complete framing all her artwork perhaps only a few weeks. I can be very quiet, not disrupting you, your family or the neighbors. Please reach into your heart and be so kind and understanding and just let me know how much $$$ or refer me to another friend or associate of yours because I am having trouble finding a place to prepare this for her. If you would like to speak with her or meet her and see her work, I can arrange that. Attached are just a few examples of her work so you can see and agree that her talent needs to be seen from Milwaukeeans.
