15 month old black shepherd rehoming

I have a sweet 15 month old black german shepherd police dog I have to rehome ASAP. He is very sweet. He gets along with cats and other dogs. He will come with all of his food, chain, food and water bowls. I can't keep him due to my landlord said NO DOGS. THERE IS A REHOMING FEE TO MAKE SURE THAT HE GETS A GOOD HOME.
