PROFESSIONAL MOVER(S) WANTED Will be hard to reach for next approx. 2 weeks-going out of state. But only moving about 4 miles from Hurst, TX to Bedford, TX. Request HARD CONTRACT-NO ESTIMATES for the following: 1. 6/25/2021-Mover to bring 12, 30” W x 30” H boxes, (flattened) to 1722 Sotogrande Blvd, Hurst, TX-will be paid 1/3 of agreed contract price at this time. 2. 7/1/2021- Mover to pick up packed boxes + 2 tv’s, load on your truck and take to destination less than 4 miles away by mapquest – will be paid 1/3 of contract at pickup. 3. 7/1/2021- Mover to unload boxes and misc items listed below and bring into 2nd floor apt. At this time if all items are delivered in same condition movers to be paid last 1/3 of agreed written contract amount. 4. Tip of 15% if movers work well, are timely, and kind. May place this in contract as I'm good to my word. Additional info: 1. Both moving from and to apts have 1 step of stairs. 2. Will pay with debit card or check. Cash could be arranged. 3. Box size asked for could be higher just needs to fit thru doors so stated 30" wide. 4. Additional items besides boxes will include:4. Additional items besides boxes will include: Queen size mattress & box spring 2 bdrm nightstands 1 wicker nightstand 2-4 mirrors 1 approx. 14” x 14” x 4’ H dresser drawer 1 antique desk 4 med – long curtain rods 5. No appliances will be moved- NONE. If you bill by the hour I will agree to this an allow 1 hour for drop off boxes and 3 hours for pick up, loading and unloading to next apartment as am moving from a small apartment which has I only have my bedroom items and desk basically. If I'm able to be home before July 1, 2021, I would be happy to provide you with a walk thru to show you what will be be moved. Otherwise, would you please provide a HARD CONTRACT PRICE BASED ON HONEST INFORMATION WITH ALLOWANCES PROVIDED BELOW: 1. Will pay $15 more for each box more than was estimated; will request within a few days if needed. 2. Will pay $15 more for each item more than was listed.
