We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to proactively work to ensure the effective functioning of all property facilities to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services, and processes to meet the needs of the company. Facilities Manager Job Responsibilities: Oversees building and grounds maintenance. Operates and maintains custodial functions. Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly. Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures. Oversees and supervises the quality of work from 3rd part vendors to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively. Manages vendor relationships Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections. Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications. Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees. Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the physical resources of the facility management. Facilities Coordinator Skill’s Qualifications: Vendor relations experience Strong project management skills Customer service orientation Effective communication skills Decision making/Problem solving skills Professionalism Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years in related positions Basic hand & power tool skills Basic HVAC knowledge and experience Work Availability (ability to work nights, weekends & overtime when needed) Ability to travel to multiple locations (throughout the DFW metroplex) MAD Concepts, LLC is the holding company for Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, Slim Chickens Restaurant and Jake’s Burger and Beers.
