Needing someone for meat processing and packaging

I have three texas longhorns, and am searching for someone or a company that processes and packages beef. We have to slaughter the animal according to our ritual, and after that the animal can be taken and processed/packaged. Please let me know if anyone knows someone who can help. Thanks.
