Qualifications: General Construction Knowledge – Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Framing, Foundations, Drainage, Waterproofing, Excavation and Grading Basic Understanding of Masonry/Concrete (Foundations, Waterproofing and Drainage) General Carpentry Skills Able to work in tight spaces Willing to travel local/ Clean Driving Record Strong Problem Solving Skills Computer Literate Good Communication Skills Clean and Organized High Standard of Ethics Eager to learn and quick to train Professional Appearance Able to work independently with minimal oversight Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma or GED Construction Trade School a plus! 1 years experience in Framing, Masonry and Concrete Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Start time 7:30am Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: To keep our workers safe, we wear masks, sanitize our trucks and equipment and have hand sanitizer in every truck Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Construction Experience: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
