Re-homing my sweet lady

Due to my health issues, I am looking for a new forever home to my sweet babies. My girls name is Chanel and boy name is Paco. They are mixed Jack Russell and Chihuahua. Also I have three new born babies, two female and one male they born on May 21st. They will be ready to re-homing next month(small fee). I hate to re-homing them and I know my heart will be broken but I have some health issues and I can not be with them, walk and run with them which is not fair for them.
