Also, have completed an 80 classroom course (or 3 years experience as a home inspector), and passed the NHIE (National Home Inspectors Exam). Licensed Termite and Radon Testers a plus but not required. (we help get you the license) Basic Job Description: • Performing Home Inspections as a lead inspector. • Performing State Licensed Termite Inspections • Performing State Licensed Radon Testing • Good customer communication. • Responsible for all aspects of the inspection routine and issuing the report. Attitude is more important than specific experience. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are a MUST. You must be punctual and able to follow directions. Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required. Customer service and etiquette is a huge benefit.
