Blue heeler/chihuahua mix free to a good home

I have a very sweet puppy that I was told is half blue heeler half chihuahua. I got him a little over a month ago from a lady at a soccer game that planned on just leaving him somewhere. I thought I was able to have him in my apartment but I was wrong. He is almost fully potty trained, has an accident every once in awhile. He is a very loving and playful puppy. Not sure if he has his shots given the circumstances I got him. I just want him to go to a living home since I can't keep him.
