Yello Vegan Cooking Class featuring "America Goes Vegan" Vegan Twist on American Classics! Saturday, July 10 from 6 - 8 PM. This heart healthy event finishes with a tasting of the evening's creations and a Q & A with Executive Chef Alan Nippert. The class is presented in a fun and lively demonstration format. Menu: BBQ Jackfruit Mac n' Cheese Peach Cobbler + Vanilla Ice Cream GF Tickets are $45 per person and includes a complimentary glass of wine or beverage of choice.
