Small Office needs a person with maintenance and repair skills to work on a part-time basis, 4 to 5 hours per day starting at 8AM. Position could possibly grow into more hours. Person must have their own vehicle and tools, and live in close proximity to Cambridge and Somerville. Our office manages residential property and light carpentry and painting will be needed, along with experience with light plumbing repairs. Candidate must be honest, dependable and capable to communicate with tenants, contractors, and scheduling work assignments with our office. Note: A Cori check will be required of candidate. Even though the position is part-time, there will be excellent benefits for the right individual.
