Don't worry about what happened to your body during the pandemic, instead let's focus on GETTING TO WORK!
This series is brought to you during June, the month of Mental Health Awareness, specifically because mental wellness is at the center of our work here at upLIFT. From affirmations and color therapy to personal training and educational workshops, we make your Mental Health our #1 priority.
This outdoor summer series consists of 30-minute full-body workouts. We begin each workout with affirmations and a 5 minute warm-up circuit.
All that you need to bring with you is your beautiful self and a yoga mat!
All other equipment and water will be provided anddddddd we have some giveaways for the first 5 people to register!!!!!
