What better place to celebrate the Fourth of July than in Sharon Springs!
Join us in the Village of Sharon Springs for a huge county-wide parade! The Parade begins at 10 AM on Sunday, the Fourth of July. Following the parade, food trucks will be available on the front lawn of Sharon Springs Central School.
The theme for this year’s parade is “America Strong!” and parade entries are encouraged to work some type of music into their entry if possible. The parade will feature floats and entries from all over Schoharie County and beyond. Anyone interested may enter floats, antiques cars, tractors, groups carrying banners, or something promoting their business, etc.
The parade will begin at Dairyland on Route 20; proceed west on Highway 20 to Chestnut Street and proceeds to the Athletic Field off of Chestnut Street. The parade route is one mile long.
Registration for the parade is required and Registration Forms are due to the Chamber by June 30, 2021.
Registration Forms can be found on the Sharon Springs Chamber of Commerce website at http://sharonspringschamber.com/fourth-of-july-in-sharon-springs/ or contact the Chamber at (518) 860-5513 or e-mail [email protected] for more information.
