DALLAS POLICE DEPARTMENT IS HOSTING A CAMPUS SAFETY FAIR FOR FIRST TIME COLLEGE STUDENTS. PARENTS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND. Dallas Police Department Office of Community Affairs is hosting My College Life: Campus Safety Fair for 2021 Graduating High School Students Saturday July 24, 2021 10am-12pm. Parents can attend with students as well. Attendees will get the chance to hear from a panel of local college police departments as well as Dallas Police leadership on ways to maintain personal safety while on a college campus. Speakers include: Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center - Students can lower their risk of sexual assaults on campus. Frost Bank: Money Tip and Tools as students navigate being on their own for the first time away from home Police Departments: Dallas Police Department, Dallas College, College, UNT University , DBU University Police Department, SMU Police Department.
