Join Bhante Sujatha zooming in from Sri Lanka via Zoom or at the temple! Bhante Sujatha will guide you through a 30 minute meditation followed by a wonderful loving kindness Dhamma talk. If you wish to attend at the temple, Bhante Sujatha will not physically be at the temple, but will be Zooming in from Sri Lanka while he is with his family. No registration is needed.
