Rehoming lab\hound puppy

We have an 8 month old lab/ redcounhound mix who needs a new home. He is up to date with all his vaccines. Has been going to banfield since we got him. He is not neutered as we were waiting for him to turn 1. He is a large breed and requires a lot of exercise and toys. He knows simple commands like sit, stay, lay, leave( if he has something in his mouth he’s not supposed to have lol), and come. He is not leash trained but with some training he can easily learn as he is very smart. He is very verbal, he likes to bark and try to interact with you when he wants something, or playing. He also will bring his bowl to you when he is hungry it thirsty. He is also crate trained, he will come with a very large crate that cost us almost $100. He loves to eat watermelon and is very driven by treats. He has been around kids as I have 2 of my own, but he does jump, so if you have small children be aware that he can scratch them or jump on them but he doesn’t mean to hurt anyone, I’m sure with training that’s something that can be corrected. He hasn’t been around other pets like cats so I’m not sure if he would get along with them. He is friendly to other dogs, he has been to the dog park plenty of times with no issues. Unfortunately we can no longer afford to keep him, and we live in an apartment as well and he deserves better, he deserves someone who has lots of space or a yard or someone who is very active and can routinely take him out on long walks.
