Come Play with Rudy from Newport's Elixir Lounge. Together we will create healthy cacao and infusions that promote vitality, naturally! Join Rudy (Elixir-tender for the Newport’s Elixir Lounge & Costa Rica’s Village Witches Elixir Bar) for a fun DIY elixir bar! What is an elixir bar? It is beyond a non-alcoholic drink or sugary mocktail… it is a “bar” that promotes health & vitality by utilizing all-natural, healing ingredients. Learn how to make delicious medicinal cacao, different ways to make herbal infusions and how to make it fun & fancy!🍹 Each participant will make their own tea infusion, herbal latte/soda and/or cut up cacao to make during class and get to samples home.
