Residential Room Available w Access to Project Recording Studio. Perhaps this should be under "Housing" except that I am letting fellow musicians know that I have a nice room for rent in a great neighborhood, just one block from the Streetcar. As a perk you would have access to a Project Recording Studio a few days a week. What I mean by "Project" in this case is that it has most all the perks of any other studio except the ability to track a loud drum kit. However, there is also a full electronic kit with access to all of the high quality drum sounds that you would need. So this is a way that you could still get a full kit laid down. Rent is $575.00 plus a share of utilities.
