Breathwork & Esoteric Acupuncture Please join us, Peter and Irin of Prickly Pear Acupuncture & Wellness in a blissful evening of Conscious Breath Work and Esoteric Acupuncture. The night will start off with guided breath work to fully oxygenate your body which helps to release stagnant emotional and energetic clutter we acquire throughout our daily lives. The breath is a conscious connected breath focused on intentional release and uplifting of the body at a cellular level. After breath work, we will take a few minutes to integrate and refresh with high vibe treats and our very own Recovery Elixir. We finish the evening by placing the needles during a sound bath infused Savasana. This treatment is aimed at softening and filling the heart chakra and aligning your physical, astral and emotional bodies. The subtle waves and vibrations of the sound bath connect with the acupuncture needles like a cosmic antenna receiving peaceful energy from the universe. This treatment is also beneficial physiologically and you may notice improvement in sleep, digestion, and pain. Please wear comfortable attire that makes elbows and knees easily accessible.
