All of this activity will culminate in a Yoga Nidra, which is a sleep-based meditation. Sunday 7-11 and 11:11 AM we come together for an energetic reset that will draw in scattered threads and leave all participants more centered and focused. We’ll have a little introduction, then the balancing will begin with breathwork, including some mantra. Next will be some gentle movement, Yin style asana that focuses on connective tissue and fascia. All of this activity will culminate in a Yoga Nidra, which is a sleep-based meditation. During all of this, there will be sound, vibration, and so much healing energy dancing in the spaces between. Then we will enjoy some tea... Your facilitator is Brian New..
